I'm a student developer in Michigan. Recently I got fixes merged into Cloudflare's Workers SDK, electron-builder and T3 Code. I'm open to web dev work.

01Why

Minecraft is why I code.

I've been running Minecraft servers since 2021. That was configs and other people's plugins, not code, but it made me want to know how the whole thing worked.

02First code

The first code I wrote was HTML, CSS and JavaScript.

When I wanted to build something myself, I started with web pages. You write a few lines, refresh, and something on the screen changes.

Then the web and Minecraft collided.

Minecraft can run in a browser, and someone's fake mod can steal your account. I wanted to understand both.

04Tools

I started building the tools I wanted.

Once something annoyed me twice, I'd write a tool for it. Coding agents made that faster, so I started taking them apart too.

05Upstream

Then I got code merged into Cloudflare.

Big codebases have reviewers, tests and someone else's standards. Getting a change merged there teaches more than starting another side project.

  1. Two fixes merged into T3 Code. pingdotgg/t3code
  2. Found a bug in Cloudflare's Workers SDK, reported it, and fixed it. Merged the next day. cloudflare/workers-sdk#16138
  3. A failed update could delete T3 Code on Linux. I traced it to electron-builder and fixed it there. electron-builder#10386

06Ship

Then I started shipping my own things.

Back to Minecraft with a real plugin, then onto Cloudflare Workers for nearly everything else.

  1. Isles: a skyblock mode for Paper servers, on Modrinth. Isles

07Now

Now the projects are getting bigger.

A game store with cauldrongroup, a CAD app, and a list app for my family. I'm also learning Godot, and I'm looking for web dev work.
